Chocolate explosive crepes
½ cup almond flour 5/2 scoop quest chocolate milk shake protein powder ¼ cup tapioca starch 2 tablespoons 1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon Zero calorie sweetener 4 ½ cup egg almond milk, 2 tablespoons unsweetened 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

In a bowl, mix flour, protein powder, starch, cocoa powder, and sweeteners. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk and oil. Wet and whisk the wet ingredients and mix. Add a non-stick spray to medium-sized bread and turn on medium-low heat. Once it’s hot, remove it from the heat, scoop a bowl of batter into the center, and tilt the pan until it’s completely covered at the bottom. Return the pan to heat and cook for another 30 seconds to 1 minute. Using a rubber spatula, gently loosen the sides, turn them over and cook for 30 seconds to remove them. Repeat until all batters are used. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together. Sprinkle crepes with your favorite stuffing, drizzle with chocolate, and top it with a quest chocolate explosion bar. enjoy.
