5 Mozzarella Cheese Sticks, 1 Egg of Half-Semi-Gluten Free, 1 Bag Quest Salsa Verde Chips, Finely Crushed Salsa Verde Sauce for Soaking (Optional)

Preheat the oven to 375 F and prepare the baking sheet with parchment. Place the flour, eggs and chips in your own shallow bowl. Cover each cheese stick with flour and coat with eggs.
