2 Apple Pie Quest bars 5 Fuji apples 1 tablespoon zero-calorie brown sugar Pinch of salt 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/3 cup chopped pecans 2 tablespoons melted butter
method
Preheat the oven to 350°F, cut the Quest bars into small pieces, and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 5 minutes. Cool completely. Once cool, place in a food processor or blender and blend until small crumbs form. Meanwhile, combine bar pieces, sweetener, salt, cinnamon, and chopped pecans in a bowl. Add melted butter and mix. Cut off the top of the apple and use a melon baller to hollow out the center. Fill each apple with crumble mixture. Increase oven heat to 400F, cover apples with aluminum foil, and bake for 15-18 minutes. Serve warm with low-calorie ice cream, if desired.
