Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a 2.5-inch donut pan with nonstick spray. Combine flour, sweetener, protein, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together almond milk, peanut butter, yogurt, eggs, egg whites, and vanilla until smooth. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and use a rubber spatula to mix. Transfer the batter to a piping bag and fill each donut’s 7 holes with an even amount of batter. Bake donuts for 16-18 minutes. Let cool. Once cool, melt the chocolate and butter until smooth. Dip each donut in chocolate and top with crushed candy. Refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.
