Hello, welcome to this healing session for anxiety.

Enter a comfortable and relaxed position and let go of all the stresses of everyday life.

Just be here yourself and let your body just be.

Our bodies want to naturally calm and relax, so you don’t need to do anything.

Overthinking, nervous or anxious can’t help but relax.

Naturally, we must let go of the need to control our present moment and future outcomes.

We feel anxious because we tend to overanalyse what we think will happen today, tomorrow, or next week.

We take this out of habit. Because in the past there are situations and consequences that didn’t happen as we expected, and we tend to feel like we need to control and worry.

To change this habit, we must change our self-image and create new beliefs.

That’s what this session teaches you, but first, we need to be in a relaxed state and go inside.

I count down and so I say I want to remove your belly and suck it completely and squeeze your belly.

And with each breath you will become more and more relaxed and bring you to a state of deep peace.

I’ll count down now.

5 …I breathe in and exhale and feel the tension is slightly relaxed.

4 … Take a nice deep breath. Exhale and feel even more relaxed and tense.

3 …Full breath…and out.

Your mind is beginning to become more calm and clear.

2 …As you get deeply inhaled and exhale, you observe how your need to control subsides as you become very relaxed.

1 …When you take your final breath and exhale slowly, you feel that the tension has subsided, and there is complete peace and tranquility.
