The body is constantly breathing, and breathing is constantly moving.

Your breath is not only the perfect place to start. This is a constant that allows you to return whenever you need a little centering.

This exercise will allow you to gently locate your body’s breath.

There’s nothing to grasp. There is no problem to solve. There’s nothing special.

It always returns to the direct experience of body breathing.

Training the mind with one experience without distraction.

Find a comfortable position for your body.

It is recommended to sit down as it will help awaken your body and keep you healthy.

You can also lie flat on your back or stand.

You can sit on a yoga mat, meditation cushion, or a chair.

Find something comfortable and sustainable for a few minutes of tranquility.

You can gently close your eyes.

If your eyes are more comfortable, try staring gently at the floor or ceiling (depending on your position).

Relax your eyes and let them rest in a place.

The idea is to minimize distractions in your practice.

It brings your consciousness to your abdomen.

Make sure you relax the muscles there and feel the natural rise and fall.

Imagine your body breathing itself.

From your belly button to your diagonal, you notice movements with every breath.
