Even if there was a cake pop shaped pan, I wouldn’t have used it anyway. The recipe for Fudgy Brownie requires that brownie crumbs be mixed with frosting after being cooked, cooled and collapsed. Rolling them is the easy part and getting your kids involved is the fun part!
Like other ordinary people who often bake these types of things, I didn’t have a block of styrofoam. So I improvised a brand new dishwashing rack of course and it worked perfectly.

Traditional cake pop carbs
According to App Cronometer, Starbucks’ chocolate cake pops come in 21 grams of carbohydrates and 16 grams of sugar. It’s too expensive for people on a keto diet, as many people allow 20-30 carbohydrates every day.
If you are on a low-carb diet, this amount of sugar is still very high and will probably cause cravings. Skip the cake pops you purchased from these stores and make delicious, luscious chocolate brownie cake pops instead.

Keto Cake Pop Carbohydrates

My extremely noisy teen chose my sugar-free cake pop for all of the regular cupcakes and other desserts.
So before looking at nutritional information, I would like to point out that this is a special treat and certainly not something low in fat or low in calories, and is not intended.
But it aims to reduce the amount of sugar my kids consume, to make it sugar-free and grain-free.
It’s just a mention of a friend of a friend. It’s a bit luxurious, but it’s worth it whenever you need a Valentine’s Day chocolate lover or your next party for a child-friendly gluten-free dessert!

Alternative Options

Sugar Free Keto Brownie Recipe
Instructions
Make a sugar-free brownie recipe, let it cool, then place the crushed brownies in a large bowl. Please put it aside.
To make frosting, whipped cream, vanilla extract, and liquid stevia in a stand mixer or a large mixing bowl, until a peak has formed. Please put it aside.
In a saucepan over low heat, melt the baking chocolate and butter, then whisk with cocoa powder until incorporated. You can also use the microwave safe bowl and microwave for 1 minute until it melts. Turn off the heat and stir in the chocolate monk fruit.
Mix the melted chocolate butter mixture into the whipped cream.
Mix the chocolate frosting and stir in the crushed brownie mixture until everything is combined. If you want to use a food processor to crush the brownies and then mix the melted chocolate into a working food processor.
Once the cake bowls are firm after setting them in the fridge, melt the chocolate in the microwave at 30-second intervals and stir until it melts and is completely smooth.
One at a time, dip the cake bowl into the melted chocolate, tap a little to remove any excess chocolate, and stand on a block of styrofoam or hang on a dish rack until it’s set.
Add sugar-free brown sugar sub or sugar-free sprinkles to the wet chocolate if necessary before setting.
