This is the summer travel season! Thomas and I will be on a European (cruise) holiday (!) in June, but I can barely wait. When we come back, I’ll share a summary of my trip here at KERF 🙂 I’m starting to plan what I’m trying to stuff. We are focused on packing in lightweight, layer-friendly, mix and match colours, as we have 12 days (including stops in Hillsboro).

With the joys of summer, the inevitable challenge comes to dealing with heat and humidity. Not breathable clothes are too sticky/sweats are miserable. Balancing comfort and style can be difficult, but with the right clothing you can enjoy without feeling the heat.

Choose breathable, lightweight, washable fabrics to make a difference in the world. Fabrics such as cotton, linen and moisture-absorbing synthetics regulate body temperature and keep you cool even on the hottest days. Plus, we all have to be able to love clean laundry and throw everything into the washing! (I’m going to do laundry on a cruise ship, just like we did on a Disney cruise!)
