1. Promotion period
My Mindful Journey: Tell me your story – and I’ll win! (“Praise”) will begin on July 1, 2025 at 12:00am local time and end on July 21, 2025 at 11:59pm local time (“Promotion Period”).
2. Qualifications
This giveaway is legally permitted for such giveaways and is open to legal jurisdictions over the age of 18 upon entry. It is invalid if prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Mindfulness United Pty Ltd, as well as its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their near-kinds and/or those living in the same household, are not eligible to participate.
3. Input method
To fill out, please visit https://www.mindful.org/ugc-giveaway/ during the promotion period and fill out the entry form with a valid email address. Limit one entry per person. Participants will be disqualified if they attempt to submit multiple entries using multiple/different email addresses or identities.
4. award
One winner receives a $200 store credit for use with Mindful Shop + 1 Year Mindful Premium. Total approximate retail price (ARV) for all prizes: 369.00 USD.
5. Winner selection and notifications
Winners will be selected from all eligible entries received during the promotion period in a random drawing conducted by Mindfulness United Pty Ltd around July 25, 2025. Winners will be notified by email within five business days of the draw. If the selected winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, an alternative winner may be selected.
6. Award delivery
Prizes will be shipped to the winner at the mailing address provided after confirmation. Mindfulness United Pty Ltd is not responsible for any lost, delayed, misdirected or damaged cargo. Applicable taxes, obligations, or customs fees are the sole responsibility of the winner.
7. General conditions
Mindfulness United Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel, suspend or change a prize if fraud, technical failure, or other factors beyond its reasonable control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the prize. By participating, Participants release and retain their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, as well as their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any responsibility arising from participation or use of the Award.

9. How to use video submission
By sending us your video, you will be given permission to share it as part of our marketing, including our website, social media, emails and other promotional materials. We might edit it lightly (such as cropping or adding text). We will always do our best to showcase it in honor. By submitting, you confirm that you have the right to share this video, and anyone featured there is used this way.
10. Governance Law
This giveaway is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, regardless of legal principles. The dispute shall be resolved in a court in New South Wales.
