Thank you to the Ontario Trillium Foundation!
Thanks to the generous support of the Ontario Trillium Foundation’s Resilient Communities Fund, the Center for Mindfulness Research has purchased new equipment and technology to equip its main programming room as a blended learning smart room community space and expand its programming into a variety of formats. We were able to adapt. We serve the needs of our community’s diverse clients.
As part of the grant, staff at the center received training on how to use the new smart room space. Hybrid learning (in-person and virtual) will take place, and rooms will be equipped with specialized furniture and equipment, including air purifiers, and modular desks and chairs to maintain health and safety best practices during and after the pandemic. It was prepared.
We look forward to hosting hybrid mindfulness programs and professional development training in our new space.
