You shouldn’t think that drinking apple juice has the same advantages, as you overlook the benefits of the skin and the overload of sugar.

Orange is packed with vitamin C, a powerful antioxidant that plays an important role in maintaining healthy skin. Vitamin C is essential for the skin, which is essential for collagen synthesis and helps to keep the skin firmly elastic.
