Featured ingredients

Salmon – Use salmon with or without the skin. If your salmon has skin, cooking it that way will cause the skin to slip off after cooking. BBQ Sauce – Be sure to use your favorite BBQ sauce. That’s what adds flavor to this recipe. I personally love Organic Ville BBQ Sauce. It’s very sweet and goes perfectly with salmon. Greek yogurt (or plain dairy-free yogurt) – Makes a tangy and creamy slaw dressing. If you don’t like using Greek yogurt, you can also use mayonnaise.
