If you’ve never made one before, you should definitely give it a try. It’s easier than you think. I will explain step by step 🙂. Make your own simple syrup, prepare a martini, shake well, and enjoy.

The go-to espresso martini: key ingredients and equipment

Dark Brown Sugar: Adds a deep caramel flavor to simple syrup and is the source of the great brown sugar flavor you love in Brown Sugar Shake Espresso drinks. Vodka: The main spirit in this cocktail. Use your favorite brand! Kahlua: This coffee liqueur is what gives your espresso martini its unique flavor. Espresso: For the best taste, use freshly brewed espresso. Oat milk: A dairy-free option for those who are lactose intolerant or prefer a dairy-free alternative. We love the creaminess of oat milk, but you can use any milk or heavy cream. Cocktail shaker: You will need a shaker to mix all the ingredients and give it a foamy texture.

Hold a milk frother in a glass bottle placed on a marble board and create foam. There are two stem glasses in the background.

If you don’t have a cocktail shaker, a mason jar with a lid is perfect. Add all ingredients to the jar, secure the lid, and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds.

surely! We prefer oat milk. You can use any type of milk you like, as it adds an oat flavor to the espresso and creates a nice foam. Dairy milk, almond milk, coconut milk, and even heavy cream are all great options.

If you don’t have an espresso machine, you can use strong brewed coffee instead. Just make sure it’s cool before adding it to your cocktail shaker. You can also experiment with different types of coffee beans to add a unique flavor to your espresso martini.
