These are very simple (only four ingredients!) and are suitable for quick and easy options for spring brunches, parties, and weekday breakfasts and snacks. Note that you want to reheat them in a toaster oven so that the skin remains crispy.

If your child loves sweets, they will love these popsicles for breakfast! Made with oats, milk and berries, it is nutritious and enjoyable to eat!
