2 tablespoons natural peanut butter 2 tablespoons unsweetened Greek or dairy-free yogurt 1 tablespoon almond milk (adjust according to consistency)

How to make healthy peanut butter and jelly protein donuts:

1: Prepare donut dough

Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and lightly coat a donut pan with a little oil or cooking spray.
