1. Preheat and prepare
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line or lightly apply parchment paper on a small baking tray.
2. Mix the dough
In a small bowl, mix the almond flour, baking soda and salt. Mix and stir.
Add date syrup, melted coconut oil, almond milk and vanilla extract. Mix until a smooth dough forms.
3. Add chocolate chips
Fold the chocolate chips and save some before baking and press up.
4. Shape and bake
Form the dough into small cookies and place on the prepared baking tray. It’s going to be a little flat.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Let it cool for a few minutes before enjoying it!
