Instructions
Preheat the oven: Set the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Mix dry ingredients: In a small bowl, combine protein, almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sea salt. Add the wet ingredients: Add the almond butter, vanilla extract, and almond milk and mix until a thick dough forms. Adjust milk to adjust consistency if necessary. Mix in the chocolate chips: Gently mix in the chocolate chips. The dough should be moist and easy to shape. Shape and bake: Shape the dough into cookie shapes and place on the prepared sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until edges are set but center is soft. Cool and serve: Allow cookies to cool slightly before serving. You can expect perfectly melted chocolate with a fluffy center.
