In order to create these beautiful kettoruya, there is no need to exceed three or more materials (water and salt). They use only low -carbohydrates and tastes like real whole wheat tortillas!

Ground chia seed -You can contact your own chia seeds or buy chia seed powder from the store. When contacting the chia seed, make sure that the ground is at high speed and finely ground with blender. Always cover the blender knife with seeds to secure a simple blend. I love using branch door almond powder, not almond powder -almond meal. It makes the tortilla softer and not dried. However, both should work. Learn how to choose the best keto flour. Coconut powder -fresh without lumps. It is necessary to use water -lukewarm water to quickly activate the ground chia seeds. Consider the temperature of the bath.

How to make kettoruya

These tortillas can be made very easily. It takes only three materials and 15 minutes.

First, you need to accurately prepare all materials. We recommend that you work in gram or Oz, not cups with complete accuracy. Measurement in a cup leads to inaccurate, because the volume you get depends on the density of flour. Low carbohydrate flour is equipped with fiber. That means they are very absorbed. If you add a little too much, the fabric will dry. On the other hand, if you miss flour, the fabric is sticky and wet. Put the chia seed (black or white, not a problem) in the high -speed blender. You need to make sure that the blender blade is covered with seeds. Otherwise, you may need to create a bigger batch than what you need for this recipe, because it is not blended enough. First minute, blend chia seeds for high -speed settings. You may need to use a spatula to cut the spatula wall, as seeds may bounce. Mix cheer seed pulse, almond powder, coconut flour, and salt in a mixed bowl and mix until all lumps are broken down. Pour lukewarm water on the cheer seeds and knead the dough by hand. It is wet at first because coconut powder and cheer -seeding fiber take time to absorb all water. When it starts to dry, bind to a large and consistent fabric ball. Next, always roll the dough between the two parchments. If possible, apply oil! As a result, the dough does not stick to the rolling pin or paper. Finally, cut out in a round shape for a nice tortilla. Peel off the paper on the upper parchment and place one of the tortillas in the pan. Crepe and pancake bread are shallow and ideal for cooking tortillas. Flat bread and crepe can be easily turned over. When the tortilla enters the pot, take out the paper of the other parchment, cook the ketotoruya over medium heat for 1-2 minutes, and dry it until it dries. Slide a flat spatula under the tortilla and turn it over. Next, cook for another minute on that side. Leave it on a naked flame for 5 seconds for a perfect finish with a tortilla!

In summer, it gets cold with cold meat, raw vegetables and sauce. My favorite combo is mayonnaise, cold turkey, lettuce, and avocado.

Otherwise, they are amazing as Chicken Fahita and cheese -filled Kesadilla, or as a cheese kesadija or steak kesadilla. If it is filled with cheese, it is recommended that you bring it to the sandwich press. The melted cheese and the crispy tortillas are a combo of God!

Make cheer seeds flour

Put the chia seed in the blender. Cover the blender blade completely and create a very fine flour.

Mix at high speed for 1 minute or a thin chia seed ground form.

Measure the amount required for this recipe. It is strongly recommended to use gram/Oz for accuracy. Put the leftovers in a glass mason bottle, or in the pantry for up to one month in the container that is sealed in the pantry.

Tortilla fabric recipe

Add ground chia seeds, almond powder, coconut powder, salt, and garlic powder to a small mixing bowl.

Hoose the flour violently. It should take 30 seconds. You want to mix all flour evenly. If there is something, avoid lumps or press with your fingers. In the next step, you need a consistent blend of flour to absorb water completely.

Pour lukewarm water into the ground of the chia seed and knead it by hand.

The fabric is very wet at first. Crush the dough with your finger and knead it in energy. Just 1-2 minutes later, as you go, it dries to form a ball of the fabric. The fabric must not be sticky. If so, this means that your cheer powder was not so, or you did not accurately measure some flour. The way to fix it is to sprinkle an extra coconut flour on the ball (1 teaspoon at a time, don’t overdo it!). This reduces the adhesiveness of the fabric and makes it easier to roll.

Move the tortilla fabric to the bench top and cut the dough into eight uniforms.

Prepare two 10 x 10 inch parchment paper. Slightly rubs and spray on both parts. Only one side comes into contact with the fabric to prevent sticking to paper on the fabric.

Place one of the balls of the dough on the oiled parchment paper. Place another part of the parchment on top. Press the ball with your palm to flatten it and paste it on the upper parchment paper.

Slowly roll with a pin until it is flat, but it is not too thin, or it does not soften when cooked. Aim for 2-3 mm thickness. Peel the top of the parchment paper. Don’t stick to the paper as recommended.

Use a round shape like a round lid to shape a round tortilla. This is an option. You can also cut a rectangle. Place the lid on the fabric, cut around the end, and make a circle. Remove the outer fabric, form a ball, reuse it later, and reuse another wrap as needed. Remove the lid.

Warm crepe bread, pancake gridle, or burning frying pan for 1 minute over high heat. If you are not using browned bread, spray the oil before adding a wrap to the bread.

Turn the rolled tortilla over the hot bread and peel off the last parchment.

If you reduce it to medium heat and cook for 1-2 minutes or until the border dries, the center will be softer.

Slide the spatula under the tortilla and turn it over. Cook for about 1 minute on the other side. Do not heat too much, otherwise the wrap will be very crisp and will not roll without breaking. The tortilla must be dry, but make the food softened to wrap it inside.

Place the cooked tortilla on a plate and repeat the rolling/shaping steps with the remaining batters until eight 6 -inch trout. We recommend that you reuse the same parchment every time to save money.

Fill the tortilla with cold or warm food. They are suitable for Fahita’s stuffing, cold meat, crispy vegetables and salads.

To add cheese to the tortilla, return it to the sandwich press, dissolve the cheese, and add a crunchy texture to the tortilla.

Storage

You can store tortillas in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Place it on a plate wrapped in plastic film wrap so that it does not dry.

Frozen with an airtight bag. Try decompress one hour ago. It works again in a frying pan or sandwich press.
