2 Quest Cookies & Cream Quest Bar ¼ cup almond milk 2½ cup almond flower ⅓ cup zero calorie sweetener ½ TSP Baking soda salt
Frosting:
method
Preheat the oven to 350 F and prepare a 10-inch oven safe skillet with non-stick spray. Split the quest bar into small pieces and place it in a medium microwave safe bowl with almond milk. Cook high for 40 seconds. Stir until well mixed, and most bars will dissolve in the milk. Set aside to cool. Once cool, whisk the eggs and melted butter. In another bowl, stir together the almond flour, sweeteners, baking soda and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and use a rubber spatula to stir until the dough is combined. Press the dough evenly into the prepared frying pan and top with sprinkles. Bake for 26-28 minutes, then bake golden brown. Please cool it. Whisk the heavy cream until a hard peak forms. Mix the protein powder and then transfer it to a piping bag with the star tip. Garnish cookie cakes and top with sprinkles and crushed cookies if necessary. Cut the cake into 14 slices and serve.
