Winter recipe: Naked fish pie

Winter recipe: Naked fish pie
Image credit @Camilla Aquaries is for a beautiful meal

I always prefer to wrap fish in winter or eat baked fish. First, these are the warmest and winter methods to get your fish intake, but second to minimize the smell! Include as many types or a small number of fish as you like. Since it is rich in beta -carotene, select the sweet potato topping. This is converted into vitamin A in the body and a great beauty to help treat acne and improve skin color.

Before removing from the heat, cook for 1 minute when boiled. Put the fish in the oven proof dish with the sliced fennel. Pour on the white sauce and top the sweet potato mash. Sprinkle the remaining parmesan on top. Place the plate on the baking tray. Move over for 40 minutes until it is cooked until it is golden. Add green vegetables such as spinach, kale, broccoli. Tip half of the semi -skin milk is replaced with coconut milk and lends the Asian flavor to the fish to the fish.
