Hello friends! Happy Friday! What are you doing this weekend? We’re heading to the pumpkin patch with some friends, taking the crew to see Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Liv is dancing, and I’m heading to the Valley I’m teaching a class. I am also looking forward to earning my High Performance Health certification.
Praying for all of my friends affected by the recent hurricanes (first Helen and now Milton). It breaks my heart to see the devastation and I hope you and your family are safe.
It’s time for your favorite party every Friday. Here we share some of our favorite finds from the week and around the web. I love hearing about your favorites too, so give your favorites a shout out in the comments section below.
(A big highlight of the week was holding my new baby niece.) We brought lunch to Trevor and Danielle and got to spend time with them. It was awesome. )

Read, watch, listen:
I finally started watching Nobody Wants This and was officially hooked.
P went to a basketball game with friends last week, so Pilot and I took Liv on a date to see the new Beetlejuice movie. My expectations were high, but I was pleasantly surprised. I like how it poked fun at the original movie and everyone really enjoyed it.
I’m really looking forward to this book so far. Beautifully written and a quick read.
Halloween books for young children.
The 10 days of silence taught me perspective and peace.
Fitness, health, life and delicious food:
The girls made this cake combination from Trader Joe’s. Simply spread the frosting on top of the cake and sprinkle with food color-free sprinkles on top. boom! It’s so cute and festive.
I love this new creamer from Malk. They now make my favorite almond milk (just organic almonds, salt, and water), but it’s so great to have a creamer made with cleaner ingredients that still tastes great.
We are also particular about the sparkling LMNT. Very good.
15 minutes of power.
Gluten free pumpkin waffles.
Pumpkin pie smoothie bowl.
I hope you have a great weekend! See you again soon. Thank you very much for visiting my blog today!
