2025 Tribeza Interiors Tour Austin Holmes, Part 3

2025 Tribeza Interiors Tour Austin Holmes, Part 3

February 4, 2025

Explore the last five homes of the 10th Annual TRIBEZA Interiors Tour, a tour of Austin Holmes, a tour of the interior designer. This is part 3 of my news on the tour in late January. (If you want to start from there, click Part 1 and Part 2.)

Sparrow interior

At Tarrytown’s Sparrow Interiors Home, a red deban under a modern portrait is drawing your attention in your entry. Echo red touch is displayed in a wooden panel living room (upper photo), and twin blue sofas face each other.

The light dining room has a pink gallery wall and branches chandeliers.

But this is the most dining area I drawn. It is a banquet with a round table, a moody blue and a purple interior decoration. Black Muranograss chandeliers are added to the Gothic Manchic atmosphere.

In the bar area, a fur -like wallpaper, ARTE’s Wonderwoods, appeared, shouting and touching the tour participants.

I saw the texture wallpaper, but the fake fur is at the following level. Pastel crane, deer, and dogs robe the black field under a cloud -like tree. For photos of this bold space, see the Sparrow portfolio.

The third dining area confused me -was this a guest wing? -Docent explains that this curtain is part of the pool house, and the windows are opened to create an outdoor cabana. Again, check out the designer’s portfolio and see how it all meets together. The beautiful curtain fabric reminds me of the bamboo sculpture of Merusian Donahu.

The pool house bathroom is dramatic and easy to use with the wallpaper ceiling and vertical tiles that completely cover the wall. The skylight of the shower brightens the brown -colored room.

The ceiling has hoops with Call & Sun.

Outside, a beautiful and cushion pair offers a space for relaxing and watching games in the pool.

Looking back at the main house, there are two spaces to enjoy the backyard, dining deck, and covered cover with roof.

I was sitting to see the Patio’s rattan swivel chairs didn’t look comfortable. It looks deceived -it was very comfortable! The lavender and blue fabric harmonize with the banquet dining area right next to the window.

Emerald Greek key wallpaper has an elegant powder room attracting you. It is a Greek by Philip Jestr’s. A jewel -like pendant adds a shining green.

Clayton Corte

At the Clayton Corte House, I praised the library that turned into the front living room. The windows in the corner from the floor to the ceiling are brought outdoors into the room. The bookshelf on the square frame exhibits books and decorations. The pillow -like chair and reading table provide options for places to crack books.

Styling on a bookshelf using Bill Ding Stackable Clowns. Do you remember these?

This is an art enthusiast’s house and has a folk art pottery and a small painting, including Lance’s Retcurpin Wheel Collage.

I was interested in a series of cowboy scenes drawn in plastic bags. What does it mean? Disposable culture? Old west living in micro plastic? Ultimate reuse? I want to know more.

The jazzy tiles of the kitchen have a wavy pattern on the floor, and silver gray gilly tiles are curved around the range hood. The retro bubble gum pink refrigerator adds a playful touch.

Counter top bouquet and copper bread

The bathroom was surprised by the peny tile from the floor to the ceiling.

I was wrapped in tricky framing on the tray ceiling!

I don’t remember what this room was -maybe a supply closet? -However, I am a yellow sink and silver wallpaper, Morris & Co.

Word art in the corridor reminded me of the recent wildfire in Los Angeles. But when I look at it, it evokes the scenery of West Texas, which was attacked by drought. Commentary on climate change?

Reliable main bedroom …

… And a gram copper bathtub surrounded by watery green gray type.

Looking into the kitchen windows, I praised the calm evergreen plant pallet, modern paved, and the Racey Breeze block walls screening carports. It is a work of a lattice studio recently branded from Austin’s Big Red Sun.

When I headed to the car, I often saw it through the steel frame wire fence.

I like copper eruption and a trough fountain with a stone path that slowly curved gravel.

Bandd/Design Interiors

Bandd/Design Interiors Home, Morris & Co in this bathroom. I praised the Pimpernel wallpaper, a blue tile, and a mirror and basket covered with leather.

A well -ventilated dining room allows you to overlook the patio in the garden.

And the well -ventilated white bedroom is cozy with a canopy bed, a boule chair, and a beads chandelier.

The home office attracted a lot of attention because the Victorian dynasty wallpaper had a sudden descent from the ceiling to the top of the green panel wall. This is the New Heights Paper of SPOONFLOWER. It’s really beautiful.

Pink chinoese wallpaper -Wall paper +Lesley style Avignon -is a dreamy bedroom. ICKER bed and maulabu chandelier add a natural texture.

CUPPETT TKILPATRICK

At the Rollingwood Cupett Kilpatrick house, I was attracted to a cozy texture sofa with gray and Mauve pillows. The tactile art on it is completely harmonious. The overall picture window frames a handsome live oak view.

A child’s art table and a colorful art are between nearby floors.

The minimalist table scape is promoted with a gorgeous GUBI TYNELL 1972 pendant light equipped with pleated bamboo shades.

The deck on the second floor offers a multi -level backyard scenery with artificial lawn …

… And concrete slides and stairs following the putting green. I’m glad to see some living plants along the slope and fence.

The nest on the second floor is fixed to a large Cruish oltis painting -Yorixcal’s Cow Pokkhamlet?

In the primary bath, the mirror is suspended in front of a large window.

In the girl’s bedroom, Kelly Ventura’s flower patterns appear on walls, Roman colors, bedding, and depart in sage green trim.

The color of the trim is Shawin Williams Oyster Bay …

… According to the designer’s convenient specifications.

The window with a live oak tree house view is the best place for reading corners.

I will not leave this place.

Another child’s bedroom has a blue two -stage bed between the green painting floor.

Ashley Fargathon Interior

I thought that Ashley Ferguson Interior might not have time to live on Lake Austin, but I made it for 30 minutes. The house on the hill on the hill invites you through the long stairs opened in this flower scene. I think the picture is by Ali McNabney Stevens.

The grumpy dining room gives the atmosphere of the 70’s. The light looks like a Fabio Mura Nopeburo pendant.

The living room away from the kitchen has four blue armchairs.

And the powder bus is dramatic with dark bend sinks and raspberry zeric tiles.
