FAQ

How to make almond butter protein balls that do not use protein powder

If you do not have a protein powder but want to make them high protein, replace the protein powder with the following:

1 cup of loud oats (12 grams of protein) + 6 tablespoons of hemphart (protein 20 grams) + 1 tablespoon of chia seeds (4 grams of protein). Remove milk that does not contain dairy products, rest this mixture in the refrigerator for 20 minutes, and then scatter the ball.

In this recipe, I used Promix Vanilla -based protein. I like to use Beagun Protein Powder. This is because it functions like flour and absorbs liquid without adding flour or oats.

Use the vegan protein powder at hand. I have never tested this with whey protein. When using collagen peptide, add one cup of loud oats and omit milk that does not contain dairy products.

Add a mini chocolate chip that does not contain dairy products to the mixture and stir well. It may not be all mixed, but it’s okay.
