“It’s very frustrating for our egos to imagine that we don’t need to do anything. We don’t need to learn Sanskrit, we don’t need to know about our chakras, we don’t need to get scars on our arms from frog poison, we don’t need to do 90 ayahuasca retreats, we don’t need to go to Ram Dass retreats, we don’t need to listen to Alan Watts lectures. You don’t need to do anything because you’re already there.” –Duncan Trussell
