Creamy Coriander Lime Sauce | Hilda's Kitchen Blog

This cilantro-lime sauce is easy to prepare and pairs well with a variety of dishes. Drizzle creamy cilantro sauce over your favorite tacos and burritos, use it as a salad dressing, or stir it into coleslaw. Enjoy coriander lime crema with chips!

I drizzle this creamy cilantro sauce on almost everything. When I’m enjoying carne asada fries, shrimp tacos, birria tostadas, or honestly any type of Mexican food, I drizzle a ridiculous amount of this sauce on it.

The great thing about this cilantro cream sauce is that it can be enjoyed in so many different ways. Mexican food is the most obvious combination, but it’s not the only possibility.

You’ll be surprised how well it works as a dressing for salads (especially Cobb salads) or as a dip for fresh vegetables or potato chips.

🌿How to make coriander lime sauce

Step 1: Wash vegetables and remove unnecessary stems, seeds, and skins.

Step 2: Add cilantro, green onions, and serrano to a food processor or blender. Squeeze the juice from the lime and add to the food processor along with the garlic, avocado, sour cream, and salt. Blend until smooth.

Pro tip: I like to add cilantro stems and all to my cilantro cream sauce, but you can cut the stems off if you prefer.

Step 3: Taste the coriander cream sauce and add more salt if needed. Store in a mason jar and enjoy.
