60’s Halloween Makeup Tutorial

Start with clean skin and skin tone and apply your first mascara. There’s no need to be afraid of making mistakes. If you use Bioderma on your Q-tip, you can always clean it. Make sure you have a good eyeliner pen or brush. It should not be dry and should be tapered. I recommended the NYX Professional Epic Inkliner Black, but use what works for you. After applying false eyelashes, apply a second coat of mascara to firmly secure the eyelashes and add volume. Finished off with a 60’s wig.
