We offer three different meal plans depending on whether you are following a low-carb diet, a ketogenic diet, or a ketogenic diet with intermittent fasting. Each meal plan includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks and creates a weekly shopping list.

If you don’t like any recipe, you can easily replace it with another and the shopping list will be tailored for you.

You can change the meal plan you try each week. Go to your personal settings to switch to other meal plan options. Meal plans are sent on Friday mornings, so be sure to change your settings by Thursday of each week.

Our membership is simple. You can try it out by subscribing for a month, or you can subscribe to an annual membership.

You will receive a meal plan via email every Friday. Be prepared early to go grocery shopping before your meal plan starts on Sunday.

View and print meal plans and shopping lists. If you don’t like a meal, simply remove it and replace it with another meal you like.

Your shopping list will adjust automatically. This is the best software available for achieving customizable menu plans. Many other low-carb or keto diet plans allow you the option to delete, add, or start with an empty menu to create your own menu if you wish.

Choose from three meal plan options.

A low-carbohydrate meal plan includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks that total 50 grams or less of carbohydrates per day. A keto meal plan includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks with no more than 30 grams of total carbohydrates per day. An intermittent fasting keto meal plan includes two meals a day and one protein/fat-rich snack each day with no more than 20 total carbohydrates per day.
