2 cups almond flour 1/4 cup zero calorie sweetener 1/2 spoon Quest Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder 2 tablespoons baking powder 1/8 cup salt 1/4 cup vegetable oil 1/4 cup almond milk 1/3 cup whole milk ricotta cheese 4 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Topping: 1/3 cup unsweetened white chocolate chips 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil Quest Birthday Cake Crispy Bars (chopped) 1 tsp multi-colored sprinkles
method
Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8 x 8 inch pan with parchment paper. Combine almond flour, sweetener, protein, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. In a separate mixing bowl, combine oil, milk, ricotta, eggs, and vanilla extract. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir until combined. Transfer to the prepared tin and bake for 23-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool. Melt white chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe dish. Spread melted chocolate over cake and top with chopped Quest Birthday Cake Crispy bars and sprinkles. Cut into 16 equal pieces and enjoy.
