12 minutes meditation to find stability in a change

Let’s start with a little grounds. Gently move your attention to the most rooted place on the earth. Pay a little attention, whether it is at the bottom of your feet, whether your body is placed on a chair or cushion. I feel the roots. The ground, floors, chairs, and cushions hug you, embrace, and contact you. Be careful about your breath. You can feel a relaxed breath and feel inside and outside like a wave. The wave of breathing and the wave when it starts to move with your breathing. And like the quality of the waves, it is washed away through you and you. You don’t have to control it. Don’t control it inside and outside. And the two breathing are not the same, like waves. And, just like all the moment, the two moments are not the same. Make this breathing a ruthless reminder. When you breathe, you can gently say “this breathing”. At each moment, each breathing is a chance to start again. Like “this breath.” When you breathe in your next breath, imagine the nutrients of your breathing, the vitality of your breathing, and the breath of your outside. And “Immerse.” OUT -“let go.” “Immerse yourself. “Soak. Let me let go. And combine them:” This breath. Let me let go. “When you move to close this meditation, gently move your attention from your breath, and your weight is the most maintained on the ground. Return to the roots of your seat, the roots of your feet, anywhere you are. We always have this root, with constant changes, movements, and movements. We can always use it to remind us that we are restrained in the moment of life at the moment of life. Once you’re ready, you can open your eyes gently with the room. Thank you for sitting together.
