Kindness Meditation Script for the Thinking Mind

But it deserves our kindness, even if it brings difficulties. This gentle meditation script for your thinking mind is about softening any judgments we have about our thinking mind. This practice may help you calm your inner critic and increase self-compassion. I hope it helps you and those you lead through meditation.
