recipe

material

• Flutter Me Fiber GLP-1 Booster, 2 Scoops of Peach Iced Tea

• 2 ripe peaches, peeled and diced (or frozen)

• 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk (from carton)

• 0.5 cup of chilled green tea

• 0.3 cup plain Greek yogurt (optional, if you want more creaminess)

• 1 tablespoon raw honey or maple syrup (optional)

• 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

• 1 pinch of sea salt

step

1. Brew and cool the tea: Brew 0.5 cup of the brewed green tea, let it cool, and let it cool completely to room temperature. This is the base of the peach iced tea flavor. Don’t skip it.

2. Blend everything. Add 2 peeled and diced (or frozen) ripe peaches, 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk (from a carton), 0.5 cup chilled, freshly brewed green tea, 0.3 cup plain Greek yogurt (optional for creaminess), 1 tablespoon raw honey or maple syrup (optional), 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, and a pinch of sea salt. blender. Finally add 2 scoops of Flutter Me Fiber GLP-1 Booster and Peach Iced Tea. Blend on high speed until completely smooth, about 60 seconds.

3. Taste and adjust. Taste the mixture. Add a little honey if you want sweetness, or a squeeze of lemon if you want brightness. The peach flavor should come to the forefront.

4. Fill and freeze: Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a small gap at the top for expansion. Insert sticks and freeze until firm, at least 4 to 6 hours, or overnight.

5. Remove from mold and enjoy: To remove popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the mold for 10-15 seconds. Gently pull on the stick and enjoy immediately. Alternatively, wrap them individually in parchment paper and store in a Ziploc bag in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.

Precautions

**Key Ingredients:** HUM Flat Me Fiber GLP-1 Booster Peach Iced Tea contains 10 g of clinically tested prebiotic fiber shown to double GLP-1 satiety hormone levels in one use, plus 18 digestive enzymes and 100 mg of natural caffeine from green tea extract. Consuming it in popsicle form is important and a delicious way to sneak in your daily dose.

**Make it dairy-free:** Omit the Greek yogurt and use full-fat coconut milk for an even creamier texture.

**For even more peach flavor:** Swap out the freshly brewed green tea for peach nectar (look for one with no added sugar) for even more fruit flavor.

**Mold:** A standard 3 oz popsicle mold works perfectly. Don’t have a mold? Use paper cups and wooden sticks.

enjoy!
